  • Do you accept returns or exchanges on any purchased item from the shop?

    We currently do not accept any return or exchanges for the time being since every item is made to order in our small studio. We will update everyone if anything else changes in the near future!

  • How long does processing and creating the products take?

    Our shop opens up on one day during the month where you can place an order between three days. Afterwards, we will close our shop to begin ordering all our supplies and materials. This happens from days 3-8. Then we start making each item once we receive the first wave of supplies which will take place between days 8-16.

    The whole pre-order timeline will roughly take around 2-3 weeks from placing your order.

  • How long does shipping take?

    We use USPS Ground Advantage shipping that takes 2-5 days for your package to be delivered.

  • How should I care for my embroidered good?

    We recommend for you to wash your clothing with like colored garments, wash it in cold water, tumble dry your clothing piece with low heat, and ironing the design if you find that it is scrunching up.

  • What if I typed in the wrong address?

    Email us as soon as possible within the next 24 hours of your order! You can email us at gracevangthao@thesojourney.co. We want to make sure we have the most current mailing address on file.
